Terms of Use

By accessing, signing in to, or using Alpha Analysistool (also referred to as “undaPrint Pro”, “the Tool”, or “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to the website, login portal, digit analyzer, related dashboards, and any materials we provide with your access (including guides or training, if applicable).

undaPrint Pro is a market analysis and visualization tool for synthetic indices and related Deriv markets. It may display live or delayed tick data, last-digit statistics, heatmaps, probability-style summaries (such as Even/Odd, Over/Under, Matches/Differs, Rise/Fall), and similar analytics.

The Service is informational and educational only. It does not place, manage, or guarantee trades. It is not a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or signal subscription that executes on your behalf.

Nothing in the Tool constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Any “signal”, confidence score, hotspot, barrier probability, or similar output is a statistical presentation of historical or streaming data — not a recommendation to buy or sell.

Trading derivatives and synthetic indices involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the funds you trade. Past performance, backtests, and displayed win rates do not guarantee future results.

You alone decide whether, when, and how to trade on Deriv or any other platform. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and with Deriv’s own terms.

Access credentials (username and password) are personal and non-transferable. One natural person per paid account unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

You must keep your credentials confidential. Sharing, reselling, streaming, or publicly posting login details may result in immediate suspension or permanent revocation without refund.

You must provide accurate information when purchasing or requesting access. We may refuse, suspend, or cancel access if we reasonably suspect abuse, chargebacks, fraud, or multi-account sharing.

Access is granted by the site owner. Use the credentials you were given, or your Undasite account email and password if you are the deployer.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; (b) attempt unauthorized access to systems, other accounts, or APIs; (c) use the Tool to violate laws, market rules, or third-party rights; (d) misrepresent the Tool’s outputs as guaranteed profits or as official Deriv content; (e) redistribute, white-label, or resell access without our written permission.

We may rate-limit, throttle, or block traffic that harms availability or security.

Paid access (where offered) is typically a one-time fee of approximately $150 USD, or such other price as stated at checkout or by our support channel. Prices may change; the price confirmed at purchase applies to that order.

Credentials, bot files (if included), and training materials (if included) are delivered only after payment is confirmed through our designated channel (for example WhatsApp).

Payments are generally non-refundable once credentials or materials have been issued, except where required by applicable law. Chargebacks filed after delivery may result in permanent account termination.

Market ticks and quotes may come from third-party sources (including Deriv’s public APIs or WebSockets). Availability, accuracy, and latency are not under our exclusive control. Outages, delayed ticks, or feed errors may occur.

Links to Deriv signup, Telegram, WhatsApp, or other third-party sites are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices; we are not responsible for them.

The undaPrint Pro name, logos, UI, layouts, analysis logic presentation, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal trading analysis while your access remains active.

You may not copy, clone, or create a competing product from our UI or materials except as allowed by mandatory law.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free analysis, specific win rates, or that the Tool will meet your trading goals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our operators, affiliates, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or trading losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for access in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or USD $50 if you paid nothing).

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or risk to the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (including risk disclosure, IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) continue after termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes may also be communicated via the login screen or support channel.
